After reaching a shipping agreement with the customer via telephone, WeChat or email, the customer must notify the auction or the seller in writing after the payment is completed, and authorize my company and myself to pick up the goods as an agent. If you deliver it yourself, it can be delivered directly to our warehouse. After picking up or receiving the goods, we are responsible for checking the packaging or repacking. Special reminder: If you insist on packing by yourself, our company will not be responsible for any accidents during transportation. The pick-up is limited to Belgium and the Netherlands, and other countries can handle it at their discretion. Once we agree on the shipment, you are directly accept our General COnditions.

Auction Agent

Under the guidance of professional antique dealers, we can help you to look at the product, take photos, and give reference opinions, which are for reference only. In the end, whether to participate in the auction is at the sole discretion of the buyer. After reaching the agency auction agreement, we will strictly implement the buyer's requirements and participate in the auction on behalf of the buyer. Participation in auctions is basically online auctions and telephone auctions. According to auction regulations, any buyer needs to provide a contact address, contact number, passport homepage and a copy of the front and back of a valid credit card in order to participate in the auction. After the auction is over, we will send the invoice to you as soon as possible. If there is a payment problem, we can help solve it free of charge. The scope of proxy auctions is currently limited to Belgium and the Netherlands.
